Grounding Workshop: Reconnect with Nature, Sun 28 June, 10am-12pm

Slow down and reconnect with the natural world in this immersive outdoor workshop, using breath, movement and sensory awareness to explore grounding in a gentle, welcoming way.

  • Booking essential

Join us for this unique grounding workshop designed to help you reconnect with nature through immersive, sensory experiences in the beautiful surroundings of Morden Hall Park.

Taking place in the lingering energy of the summer solstice, this gentle outdoor session invites you to slow down and reconnect with the earth beneath your feet. Through guided activities, you’ll be encouraged to feel the soil beneath you, breathe intentionally and notice the warmth of the sun against your skin, awakening your senses and deepening your connection with the natural world.

Led by Dr Michelle Asantewa, the workshop explores grounding from an African-centred perspective, not simply as a technique, but as a natural way of being in relationship with the earth. Expect reflective and playful practices designed to restore balance, presence and connection at a time when honouring the planet feels more important than ever.

No previous experience is needed. This is a welcoming session open to all.
