The basics
- Suitability
All welcome
- Meeting point
At the gazebo tent by the white bridge.
- What to bring and wear
Dress up warm as this is an outdoor event. We recommend wearing waterproof shoes with good grip as the park can be wet and muddy.
- Accessibility
The base for this event is by white bridge lawn, but walks and recommended viewing spots are across the site. Most can be accessed on surfaced paths, but please note that some areas might be muddy and slippery if there has been recent rain.
- Other
Our car park can be very busy during event days and on bank holidays, so we advise getting here by walking, cycling, train or bus if you can. We hope that this event will inspire you to also join in with the RSPB's Big Garden Birdwatch 23rd - 25th January 2026, which is the world's largest garden wildlife survey. More information about this can be found on the RSPB website: https://www.rspb.org.uk/whats-happening/big-garden-birdwatch
