Bat Walks

Discover the bats that call Osterley home on this walk with our ranger team.

  • Booking essential

Join the ranger team at Osterley as the sun sets to find out more about the enigmatic world of the bat. Join our rangers and use a bat detector to eavesdrop in on the bats echolocation calls and watch as the bats zip overhead through a darkening sky.

Join this guided walk around the parkland at dusk and discover more about these fascinating nocturnal mammals. We'll use bat detectors to listen for them and sharp eyes to spot them as they wake up.

The walk will take place at dusk and will go along uneven ground next to the lake on the front lawn. Bring a torch to help light your way and be sure to wrap up warm.
