Bringing Esther Home

Over 100 years ago, seven prized 16th century tapestries were sold from Oxburgh's collection and disappeared without trace. Launching this June, our new exhibition tells the story of how one of those tapestries came home…

  • Booking not needed
  • Free event (admission applies)

From Saturday 20 June, the Queen Esther tapestry will be on display inside Oxburgh Hall at Oxburgh Estate.

Visitors will be able to get up close and personal with the tapestry which will be displayed free from glass, in an open frame.

For young detectives, there will also be an Esther themed family trail in the Kitchen Garden to celebrate her triumphant return.
