Join local author Stacey Bone for a family-friendly event that will spark your imagination and creativity. Activities include:
- Design your own bug character mask (ongoing activity, drop in).
- Join Stacey for story time sessions at 10.30am, 11.30am and 12.30pm.
- Wiggle like a worm and stretch like a snail at bug yoga (ongoing activity, drop in).
Stacey Bone is an illustrator and nature enthusiast from the North East of England, drawing inspiration from the beauty of wildlife and the great outdoors.
Free with normal garden admission. No need to book in advance but activities will be first come, first served if the room is too busy.

Winding, narrow or uneven paths make some areas inaccessible to wheelchair users. Level access from the car park; from there, access to the main garden area is via an incline. Benches located around the site. Accessible toilet with baby changing facilities in the café. We'd strongly advise referring to our full access statement on our website before visiting in a wheelchair.
