Prepare for a spooky adventure through nature on the Halloween trail. Learn fun and freaky facts about giant dragonflies of the past to pollinating plants that trap flies.
Keep your eyes peeled for lemon slugs, battling deer, and fungi that turn caterpillars into lunch.. It’s all weird, wild, and wonderful.
After the trail, meet a bat with ranger Tim (Monday 27 & Tuesday 28 October, see other events to book)
Get sticky fingers trying nature crafts (Thursday 30 October)

Collect your trail sheet at Visitor Reception. The trail will take up to 2hours to complete, please make sure to arrive with enough time to complete the trail, before Gibside closes.
