Summer of Play: Theatre Sprout presents Wild Goose Chase
A playful, inventive theatre adventure for families and anyone who believes that ordinary objects can become extraordinary stories.
- Booking not needed
- Free event (admission applies)
Have you heard? A goose is about to lay a golden egg! Francis is out of luck after one too many extravagant parties but this could change everything! But, news of a golden egg travels fast, and somewhere amongst the chimney tops a jackdaw is watching. His nest is crammed with shiney treasures, and he has no intention of letting the greatest shiny thing of all slip through his claws. With a trunk of puppets, a musical trolly, and a story that needs your help to be told, one performer creates a whole world of birds, mischief and mayhem. Come along and help Francis navigate a tale where fortunes can change in a flutter of wings and the brightest treasure may not be gold at all.
Performed by Hannah Goudie-Hunter
Created and developed with Josh Elwell and Jeremy Bradfield.
