Enjoy some quality time outdoors with gentle stretches and mindful movement in this family-friendly yoga session, perfect for all ages, from toddlers to teens, parents and grandparents.
Kalma Life brings a fresh approach to yoga by adding sensory play, dance, and games to keep kids of all ages interested and involved.
Aimed at children aged 3+ and their families, but open to all.
It's free, and there's no need to book; just come along on the day.
There’ll be 30 spaces available; arrive early to make sure you get a yoga mat.
The sessions will be outside, weather permitting; if needed, we will move inside the Whitburn Coastal Conservation Centre, and the hour will be split into two half-hour slots due to space constraints.

The basics
- Accessibility
The Whitburn Coastal Conservation Centre has accessible toilets both inside and outside the entrance, and there is level access into the building. Let us know if you have any access needs on the day.
- Meeting point
The Whitburn Coastal Conservation Centre, close to the Lighthouse car park. Try to arrive a bit early so you can find us and get settled.
- Suitability for children
Aimed at kids 3+. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
- What to bring and wear
Wear comfortable clothes and shoes you can move in. Feel free to bring a bottle of water too.
