Guided walk: Pine Marten Discovery Trail
Join Martens on the Move Project Officer Victoria Chanin on a guided walk along the Pine Marten trail to celebrate The Big Green Week at Wallington.

The walk will gently meander through the Wallington woodlands, taking in some of the different habitats used by pine martens and uncovering why pine martens are a vital part of a biodiverse landscape.
If you’re very observant you may even spot six pine marten silhouettes hidden in the trees en route!
Martens on the Move is a Vincent Wildlife Trust project funded by the National Lottery Heritage Fund.

Children welcome, but need to be able to walk/ be carried 1.5 miles.
- Meeting point
The walk will start from the Clocktower in the Courtyard.
- What to bring and wear
Please wear comfortable shoes (trainers are fine). Depending on the weather forecast you may need a coat or sun cream.
- Accessibility
Accessible for all. The route is approximately 1.5 miles and is on firm paths. The route is suitable for a tramper, which you can book by calling Wallington estate office.
