This circular 6 mile walk explores the north of the Wallington estate passing through farmland, moors and alongside Fontburn reservoir. A strenuous walk suitable for those with a good level of fitness. There will be cattle on the walk, so only assistance dogs are welcome. The walk includes a stop at Fontburn Reservoir, please bring your own food & drinks.

Park at Greenleighton Quarry, off the B6342 on a minor road signposted to Greenleighton and Dyke Head. What3words:///openly.stint.chatting. This is about 6 miles from the main Wallington hub.

Sturdy walking boots or Wellington's and warm, waterproof clothing are essential. Please bring lunch, drinks and snacks.
