Have you ever thought about learning to Nordic Walk? Then this is the session for you. Training is provided by Julie, the owner of Strolls With Poles, who is an experienced Nordic Walking Instructor, so you are in good hands.

You will be provided with a set of poles (properly set up according to your height) and there will be a short introduction about Nordic walking, its benefits and it’s origin at the beginning of the session. The instruction for beginners uses the INWA 10 Step Method ™. You'll set off on a 2 mile walk in the grounds of Wallington with a cool down/stretching session at the end.
