Workout together with gentle stretches and mindful movement in this family-friendly yoga session, perfect for all ages, from toddlers to teens, parents and grandparents.
Kalma Life take an innovative approach to yoga, incorporating sensory play, dance and games to keep kids of all ages engaged.
Aimed at kids 3+ and their families, but open to all. Free, no need to book, just meet on the day. Normal admission applies.
