  • Booking essential

Join us at Castle Coole to discover the extraordinary story of a respected archaeologist, whose influence is still felt across County Fermanagh. Born in 1885, Lady Dorothy Lowry-Corry was the daughter of the 4th Earl of Belmore and spent many years living here at Castle Coole, studying the unique heritage of this area and beyond. In this talk, Dr Kieran O’Conor (University of Galway) will examine her significant contribution to the study and safeguarding of archaeological heritage in the setting where her story first began. It will be followed by a tour of Castle Coole house. Tea/coffee refreshments included.
