Rivers of Divis - Guided Walk

Come along on a 3 hour guided walk across the top of Black Mountain, and learn about the different rivers that originate in the Belfast Hills and feed down into the city of Belfast.

  • Booking not needed
  • Free event

The Belfast hills, including Divis & the Black Mountain contain the sources of many of the rivers that flow into the city, and were instrumental in the linen and industrial industries over the years.

Join the team for a guided walk to see these rivers for yourself, and learn more about the fascinating history of how water has helped shape the city of Belfast as we know it - and how the hills still play an important part in this today.
