Following the success of the 'Great British Skinny Dip', British Naturism will start this season in style by hosting some naturist bathing at the Strand. No need to jet off to some far-off lands to enjoy the sea breeze on your skin or experience the exhilaration of swimming without a cossie in the ocean, this is your chance to do it right here on the north coast. So, kick off your summer (and your shorts) with an afternoon of 'au naturel' sunbathing at Portstewart’s inclusive beach. Please note this event will take place in a dedicated and clearly marked area beyond Post 11 from 11am until 3pm on Sunday 7 June 2026 Lifeguards will be also on duty on the day.

Naturism is a lawful activity however we expect all participants to follow British Naturism's beach code. We also ask both naturists and non-naturists to respect the rights of others and refrain from behaviour likely to cause offence. We want everyone to feel safe at Portstewart Strand and indecent behaviour will not be tolerated.
