Kokedama Workshop with Little Shop of Plants
Craft Your Own Kokedama at Rowallane Garden this autumn.
- Booking essential
Come join us in the beautiful Rowallane Garden, where you'll learn how to create your own unique plant display using a traditional Japanese technique known as Kokedama.
Kokedama, translates as “ball of moss”, and are plants which grow in a moss-covered ball and often sit on a decorative tray or plate on a table or shelf, they also look amazing hanging!
During this workshop you will be guided through the steps of creating your own Kokedama, including selecting a suitable plant for your home, preparing the soil and moss, and wrapping the soil ball in moss to form the ball. You'll also learn how to care for your Kokedama and how to keep it thriving.
This is a fun and creative workshop that allows you to connect with nature and create a beautiful living piece of plant art to take home.
You need to bring only yourself, we will take care of everything else and ensure you have a lovely relaxing morning getting messy with plants!
