Grantham House is a unique and welcoming space in the heart of Grantham, offering beautiful rooms for hire within a historic setting. Our ambition is to grow Grantham House into a vibrant community hub - a place where local people, groups and organisations can come together, connect and thrive.

Our bookable spaces have already hosted a vibrant mix of activities, from yoga and mindfulness classes, to creative writing workshops, talks, exhibitions, networking events, baby showers and even wedding receptions.

The rooms are located on the first floor, above the main hall tearoom which serves a range of hot and cold drinks, hot food, and an ever-changing selection of cakes and bakes. In-room catering options are available on request.

Access is via a stairwell with 22 steps. The staircase is wide with shallow steps, a bannister and half-landing. Toilets (including accessible toilet) are situated on the ground floor.

Wyldbore Room

Capacity: 25 (dependent on activity)

Layout: Flexible

Facilities: Television screen with HDMI input, flip chart with pens and paper, free public Wi-Fi, tables and chairs. Also included: tea, coffee, milk and sugar. Milk alternatives as well as decaf tea and coffee are also available.

Prices: Day rate: £195 (inc. VAT) 10am to 5pm. Half day rate: £120 (inc. VAT) 10am to 2pm. Afternoon rate: £80 (inc. VAT) 2pm to 5pm. Hourly rate booking options are available. Discounted booking rates for community groups and charities.
