Oli’s Potion Path
A magical Halloween adventure across Sandilands, Tattershall Castle and Gunby Estate.
- Booking not needed
- Free event (admission applies)
This October half term, join Oli the Owl on a spellbinding journey through Sandilands Nature Reserve, Tattershall Castle and Gunby Estate. Each site holds magical secrets, plants steeped in folklore, healing, and ancient potion-making.
Your challenge? To gather the ingredients (or the knowledge!) needed to create the most powerful potion imaginable!
At each location, you’ll discover different plants traditionally linked to magic and myth. From wild herbs to curious blooms, each one adds a unique touch to your potion recipe.
Pick up a £2 trail sheet at Tattershall Castle and Gunby Estate, or snap a photo of the trail points at Sandilands to collect your ingredients. Complete all three trails to unlock the full magic of the experience.
Keep little (and big!) explorers engaged this half term. Whether you’re a budding witch, wizard, or simply up for some autumnal fun, this is a brilliant way to enjoy the outdoors and discover the magic of the natural world. Let the potion making begin.
