Our popular rocket launching sessions are back!
For just £1.50, children can make their own rockets and fire them from a special rocket launcher, trying to beat the record set at Woolsthorpe by astronaut Tim Peake himself.
Plus, on these days families can also enjoy craft activities themed around light, using cyanotype paper to explore Newton's theories.

The basics

There is a slope up to the barn but it is accessed via surfaced paths with no stairs. An accessible toilet is available on site along with accessible parking spaces.

These sessions will be taking place in the barn just past the courtyard at Woolsthorpe.
