Led by architect, art facilitator and native BSL user Martin Glover, together with mindful walking facilitator Lorna Stoddart and supported by a BSL interpreter, this guided walk invites you to experience Ilam Park in a new way. Participants will explore the natural environment, hear stories from the history of the area, and learn some BSL sign vocabulary along the route. Lorna’s mindful walking approach encourages a deeper connection with movement, breath and landscape, supporting wellbeing throughout the experience. This event is part of the Staffordshire Moorlands Walking Festival

Dress for the weather, with comfortable shoes for walking.

Paths are well-marked but include steps in places. Some areas may be boggy after rain and surfaces can be uneven. Rest points are available along the route.
