Wildflower Walk

Celebrate National Meadows Day with a picturesque walk and talk around Kedleston's wildflower meadows.

  • Booking advisable

Join the Kedleston Ranger Team and explore recent efforts to improve the diversity of grasslands and meadows around Kedleston. This event includes a walk out in the park to investigate the results of various wildflower seeding techniques, while learning about the important role meadows play in providing habitats for wildlife and enhancing the landscape.

We will also spend time seeing what species we can find in these meadows and the best methods for wildflower identification.

The walk length is approximately 2km.
