Autumn: Nature photography workshop with Going Digital
An introduction to wildlife and landscape photography, with friendly photography tutors Going Digital. Includes a walk in the stunning autumnal surrounds of Longshaw.

The workshop will cover an introduction to wildlife and landscape photography, including learning time in the cosy Moorland Discovery Centre classroom and a walk to try out your new skills.
Longshaw is known for its autumnal wildlife including rare fungi, rutting red deer and spectacular autumnal woodlands. This is a great chance for complete beginners to get to know their camera, and for intermediate photographers to elevate their skills.
The walk will be approximately 3 miles/7.5km. Please bring your own camera, warm clothing and packed lunch, or visit our café for a warming lunch*. Tea and coffee is provided at the Moorland Discovery Centre.
This workshop is aimed at adults and children age 16+. Children under 18 must be supervised by an adult. No dogs please.

- Meeting point
Meet at the Moorland Discovery Centre, adjacent to Woodcroft car park. Woodcroft car park is a pay-and-display car park. Parking is free for National Trust members.
- What to bring and wear
Bring outdoor shoes and clothing appropriate for the weather. Please bring your own camera and a packed lunch.
- Accessibility
The Moorland Discovery Centre is accessed via a gravel path with an up to 1:12 gradient. The Centre has level access throughout, including an accessible toilet.
