Dance like a tree movement in nature

Can you dance like a butterfly? Move like a river? Stand tall like an ancient oak tree? ✬ ✬ Together we'll explore the magic of nature through music, movement and imagination ✬

  • Booking essential

We'll pop on our silent disco headphones and set off on a musical journey through the natural world. We'll stretch tall like trees swaying in the breeze, hop and scamper like rabbits, unfurl like flowers reaching for the sun, flow like rivers and become strong and steady like stones.

Through music, movement and imagination, children will be invited to explore the landscape around them and discover all the different ways their bodies can move. There are no steps to learn and no right or wrong way to join in - just lots of opportunities to dance, create, imagine and have fun.

This session is designed to nurture confidence, creativity and connection with nature while encouraging children to move freely and express themselves.

No dance experience is needed – just curiosity, comfortable clothes and a sense of adventure!
