Nordic Walx are sociable Fitness Walks using Nordic Walking poles, lead by fully qualified instructors who ensure you get the most from your poles. Open to those who have completed the Power of Poles Introductory course. Occasional Walks open to all. Suitable for 12 years+, under 16s must be accompanied by an adult, Pre book to guarantee your place. Non National Trust members can qualify for a reduced entry price of £5 with an 'active entry pass' when showing your pre-booked tickets at Visitor Reception on arrival.
Explorer Walx sessions are £7.50 Power of Poles sessions are £20

Join our Walk Leaders for a walk through the Deer Park as the seasons change. This activity is free but please book a space so we know how many walkers to expect.This walk is approximately 3 miles (5km) long and is at a relaxed space.
