Visit Benthall Hall in Shropshire for free during select Heritage Open Days. An intimate family home and garden situated on a plateau above the Ironbridge Gorge, Benthall has something for everyone.

Within this fine stone house, discover the history of the Benthall family from the Saxon period to the present day.
Head outdoors to Benthall's 19th-century garden. Planted by George Maw, a passionate botanist, bulb collector and breeder, the garden features an impressive crocus collection in spring and autumn.
Free admission for all during select Heritage Open Days. Please note that Benthall Hall is closed on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays in September.

There are some steep slopes and steps in the garden at Benthall Hall. There is no wheelchair access to the first floor of the Hall.
