Summer of Play: Tai Chi Sessions Tuesday Afternoons

Join us at Biddulph Grange Garden this summer to take part in a guided Tai Chi session!

Learn the gentle art of Tai Chi while enjoying the outdoors and getting active.

We are offering half an hour sessions on Tuesday afternoons at 12.30pm throughout August. They are drop-in and free. Spots are allocated on a first come, first serve basis.

The basics

Accessibility

There are some steps leading up to the Quoits ground. You can leave pushchairs at the bottom of the stairs. The rest of the route to the event location has step-free access.

Meeting point

This event will take place on the Quoits ground near the Bowling Green. Please ask Visitor Reception for directions and follow the additional signage.

Suitability for children

All children must be accompanied by an adult.

What to bring and wear

Please bring suitable outdoor clothing, appropriate for a sporting activity.
