Step into a world of woodland wonder at our Fairies and Folklore Forest School Session, run by Dragon Tales Forest School!

Perfect for children aged 4–10 years, this magical outdoor adventure is packed with imagination, creativity, and nature-based fun. Children will brew magical potions, create fairy wings, make flower crowns and fairy houses, listen to enchanting folklore stories, and finish the session by toasting delicious s'mores over the campfire.

Whether your child already believes in fairies or simply loves exploring the outdoors, this session encourages creativity, confidence, friendship, and a love of nature through play and hands-on discovery.

Suitability for children

Suitable for children aged 4-10 years

What to bring and wear

Arms and legs need to be covered in all weathers. Sun cream and a hat are also needed along with suitable footwear (no crocs, sandals or open toe shoes). Bring a waterproof in wet weather.

Other

Please bring drinks for your children. Your child will be provided with a fireside snack, please fill out the allergies and intolerance section carefully, as some snacks may be prepared prior to the session. Please note that there is no toilet facility close by. Adults must remain with their children for the entirety of the session. The Rock Houses and Tearoom will be closed during this event.
