Join us for a one hour guided tour through some of the most haunted corners of the Mansion. You will hear ghostly tales passed on from those who have seen, heard, or felt something they couldn't explain. This tour is purely for entertainment purposes, but we cannot guarantee that the spirits won't take a liking to you…Buy a ticket if you dare!
The Mansion tearoom will remain open exclusively for ghost tour ticket holders from 4 till 5pm. Here, you can sit back, decompress, and discuss the spooky happenings comfortably over a National Trust favourite, a cream tea.
Adult tickets include a standard cream tea. Child tickets (ages 10+) include a Halloween-themed biscuit and a standard hot or cold drink.
The tour is recommended for adults and children over the age of 10. Costumes are optional, courage is required.

It is a 15 minute walk from Visitor Reception to the Mansion. There will be a regular buggy service available until 4.30pm. This tour involves stairs and low lighting throughout parts of the route. If you have any access requirements or would like to discuss whether this tour is suitable for you, please contact us before booking.
- Meeting point
Please meet in front of the Mansion 5-10 minutes before the tour starts. It is a 15 minute walk from Visitor Reception to the Mansion so please plan your time accordingly.

- What to bring and wear
Please wear suitable clothing suitable for the weather. While the tour, food and drink will be inside, you will have to travel outside from one area to another.
