Accessibility

This tour takes place across multiple floors of the mansion, including attic spaces and the basement. There is no step free access on this tour. We have a limited amount of hearing loops available, please reserve the use of a hearing loop by emailing Shugboroughvisitorexperience@nationaltrust.org.uk.

Meeting point

Please head to visitor reception on arrival. The tour starts from the Mansion Portico.

Suitability for children

This event is family friendly, although more suited towards adults.

What to bring and wear

During part of the tour you will need to wear a hard hat (provided). This tour lasts 1 hour and 15 minutes approximately.
