Spend the day at Sunnycroft creating your very own piece of embroidery with Amanda Carter. Whether you are a beginner or hoping to hone your existing needlework skills, Amanda will guide you through the techniques.

The workshop is held within Sunnycroft house; please meet at the front door where you will be greeted and introduced to Amanda. All workshops costs £85 (Gold workshop £93) and includes:
- A kit of all materials with full detailed step by step instructions - perfect for beginners or more experienced stitchers!
- Tuition by Amanda Carter - a student of The Royal School of Needlework.
- Opportunity to view some of Sunnycroft's wonderful embroidery collection.
- A delicious lunch and tea or coffee.
- Additional equipment, such as hoops and scissors, will be provided.
The workshops are held in the beautiful rooms at Sunnycroft, where Joan Lander herself taught - a perfect, tranquil place to stitch. Just bring yourself.
Returning Stitcher. If you've previously attended a workshop with Amanda and haven't completed your kit (maybe you haven't had time, you've forgotten how to work your stitches and you just need some more help, then you can still attend a relaxing sewing day at Sunnycroft - just choose 'Returning Stitcher' on the ticket option. Unsuitable for children under 16. Under 18’s must be accompanied. Assistance dogs are welcome.

Head to the veranda of Sunnycroft house to meet Amanda Parking: We have space in our car park on site for 30-35 cars. Please sign in at the wooden hut on the car park.
