This February Half Term, we’re working in collaboration with the charity World Book Day® to help more children discover the life-long, life-changing habit of reading for fun. Come and sit awhile in Strode House and enjoy a led storytelling session by one of our wonderful volunteers.
Storytelling will take place at 11am and 1pm.

Suitable for all ages.
- Meeting point
Please check in at Visitor Reception, where you can collect a property map and hear directions to Strode House.
- What to bring and wear
The mini library is inside Strode House, however there is a 10 minute walk through the gardens so please wear weather appropriate clothing for the day.
- Accessibility
The site is wheelchair, mobility scooter and pushchair friendly, although it does include some uneven paving and gravel, and grassed areas that may be uneven or become boggy in wet weather. Please note: dogs are not permitted inside Strode House.
