Our historic costume volunteers bring to life the sights of Anglo-Saxon England as they demonstrate the skill that went in to producing clothing using natural materials. They will take you on the whole journey demonstrating and explaining skills including spinning, dyeing, leatherwork, basket making, weaving and tablet weaving.
