Sutton Hoo Art Station

Sutton Hoo is an art lover’s dream! As well as the beautiful views of the landscape, we also have the wonderful architecture of Tranmer House to inspire creativity.

Try your hand at watercolour painting, pastel drawing or pencil sketching of the views over the valley or Tranmer House itself. All resources will be provided, and our fabulous team of art volunteers will be on hand to offer advice and encouragement.

Whatever your level of art expertise, this will be the event for you! Come and have a go at unleashing the creative artist within in the magical beauty of Sutton Hoo!

Free with site admission and open from 11am - 4pm to visitors of all ages.
