Tai Chi taster sessions

For the New Year try a taster session of Tai Chi to help with your mental wellbeing. On Friday afternoons at 2pm anyone aged 17 and over can join a free session run by Sport in Mind.

  • Free event (admission applies)

If you are experiencing low mood, loneliness or isolation why not give Tai Chi a try. You can bring a friend, family member or support worker. There is a participant from to fill out but this can be done on the day or via the Sport in Mind website.

This is a fun casual class, open to all abilities. No experience is necessary.
