Your experienced forest bathing guide is Nigel Grimes, who is also a Breathing Trainer, Meditation and Mindfulness Coach and he uses all his acquired skills to ensure an enjoyable, relaxing and health enhancing session. Having got the audience relaxed and open the mind for creativity following the Forest Bathing session, participants would then after a short break proceed to capture nature with renowned artist and teacher Irina Taneva.
