Following a 2.5 hour mindful and sensory forest bathing (no water involved) exploration of this wonderful location with Nigel Grimes, our local Forest Bathing Guide, you will be able to draw, paint and take-home a lasting memory of your day. Having relaxed and opened the mind for creativity following the Forest Bathing session, after a short break you will proceed to capture nature via Plein Air painting with renowned artist and teacher Irina Taneva.

Irina is an internationally renowned artist, art teacher and art party’s host. Irina, Master of Art, BA (hons) in Teaching art and BA (hons) in Fashion design, has studied in UAL, Central Saint Martins, London, and in the National Academy of Arts, Sofia. Her works are collectable and can be found worldwide in museums and private collections. Irina has an innate understanding and expression of the complexity of our feelings, emotions and reactions. She will provide all equipment for teaching/supporting the drawing and painting using quick-drying paint for these nature sessions. Both sessions will take place outdoors and so please wear appropriate clothing and footwear and something to lie-on (e.g. Yoga Mat and/or a blanket) for the forest bathing.

Please note: Food and refreshments are not included but are available to purchase from the Tea Room during the break or you can bring your own.

Ticket price: £67.00 pp for NT Members
