Nocturnal Wildlife and Perseids Meteor Shower Guided Walk
Bring along your torch and blanket and visit the Deer Park at night discovering some of the nocturnal wildlife and try out a bit of star gazing.

A rare opportunity to experience the Deer Park after dark and hear about our bats, owls, and other creatures of the night. Take a look at the stars of the night sky from a dark sky site. Bring along a picnic blanket and look up to the sky. We might be lucky enough to catch the meteor shower before 10pm.

There will be 2 hours of walking in the Park, which will involve uneven ground and inclines so a reasonable level of fitness is required. Assistance dogs only.
- Meeting point
Main visitor car park for the House. The Car Park will open at 7.45pm, the walk will begin at 8pm. Please be mindful that we will be closing the gates once the walk begins.

Children must be accompanied by an adult
- What to bring and wear
This walk will be outdoors on some uneven ground. Please be prepared for the weather in the late evening and wear sturdy footwear. Bring a torch.
