Part of a quarterly series of free walks for local residents and frequent visitors to Petworth Park who would like to get to know the Park and its wildlife better. We will also be sharing our work to conserve this beautiful and historic place.
Our Senior Ranger Tom Burns will be your guide for a two-hour walk in the Park across varied and rugged ground conditions.
Walks take place 10.30am - 12.30pm on Wednesday 25 February and Thursday 5 March.
The walks are free but please book as spaces are limited.

Meeting point within Petworth Park will be shared with your booking confirmation.
- What to bring and wear
Please wear boots and clothing suitable for both the terrain and the weather conditions. You may also wish to bring along some binoculars if you have them.
- Accessibility
No paved paths and includes steep grassy slopes. Please be aware this is a two-hour walk in the Park so a reasonable level of fitness is required.
- Other
Assistance dogs only. Due to large interest in this event, we are running it twice, it is the same walk on both dates so please only book once. Booking is essential for this event as there is a maximum capacity on the walk.
