Ancient Woodlands Walk with Ranger Matt

Discover the tranquillity of Sheffield Wood as part of the autumn Garden Discovery Series on Trees!

  • Booking not needed
  • Free event (admission applies)

Join Ranger Matt on a guided tour of Sheffield Wood, an ancient woodland that joins up with our Grade I listed garden. Watch the colours of the leaves change as the seasons unfold. If trees could talk, they would have some tales to tell. Walk among their tall and gnarled trunks, which are not only steeped in history but also invaluable to the local wildlife!
