Bark in the Park

We’re delighted to offer an event all about making the most our stunning parkland with your dog. Grab your four-legged friends and join us on Friday 8 May and Saturday 9 May, between 10am and 3pm for dog filled fun in our parkland.
There will be dog games and obstacle courses for your dog to try. Our National Trust Rangers will also be leading group dog walks at 11am and 2pm each day for you to find out the best routes to take and explore the countryside. We even have local artist Laurel, who will be providing quick dog sketches.
There will also be competitions at 1pm on both days with prizes for ‘Cutest Puppy’, ‘Dog that looks the most like its owner’, ‘Best Trick’, ‘Best Outfit’.

- What to bring and wear
Sensible footwear and clothing is recommended as the parkland has slightly rough terrain and can be muddy depending on the weather. Dogs must be kept on leads in the Great Park.
