This exhibition, new for 2027, explores the life and legacy of Arts & Crafts architect Phillip Webb, designer of the house and co-founder of the Society for the Protection of Ancient Buildings (SPAB). Mon 22 Mar – Thurs 30 Sept: 11am – 4pm.

It’s Christmas and the Beale family have decorated their home in festive splendour, inspired by its beautiful Arts and Crafts interiors. Open daily, no need to book ahead. Sat 21 Nov – Tue 5 Jan. House open 11am - 3.30pm with last entry at 3pm.
Twilights at Standen 2026
Step inside the house & experience the magic of Standen in the evening, with rooms lit and decorated for Christmas. Soak up the atmosphere as night falls. Sat 5 & Sun 6, Sat 12 & Sun 13, Sat 19 & Sun 20 Dec: 3.30pm - 6pm.
