The East Grinstead Spinners are a small group of enthusiasts who enjoy sharing ideas, learning new skills, spinning, weaving and dyeing. They'll be joining us at Standen the first Friday of every month from February until October.

Escape to the Country
Try your hand at mini golf & croquet, race to build a train set, play games on the lawn & dress up in the woodland den. A trail around the garden which imagines the Edwardian Beale family travelling to Standen for a summer day out in the country.
Summer Sunday Music afternoons
Join us on selected Sunday afternoons for live music on the Croquet Lawn. Bring your own chairs or a picnic rug to relax on and enjoy a lazy afternoon with us. 7, 14, 21, & 28 Jul and 4 and 11 Aug between 2pm and 4pm.
Globetrotters Crazy Golf at Standen
Have a go at Globetrotters 9 hole crazy golf course at Standen this summer. Unlimited rounds of golf in Adventure Corner, including all the equipment you need for a day of family fun. Free sessions, normal house and garden admission applies.
Storytime with Tawny Owl Wood
Be captivated by the tales of Tawny Owl Wood with author, Louise Shaw, reading her stories every Wednesday in August. Be captivated by talking animals, brave heroes and fantastical adventures. 10.30am, 11.30am, 1.30pm, 2,30pm & 3.30pm. Free.
