Himalayan Balsam Picking Days

Do you care about our native wildlife? Do you have time to help our rangers manage this invasive species? Join us to pull the invasive Himalayan Balsam from our sites at Clytha or Lanlay Meadows.

  • Booking advisable

Himalayan Balsam is a problem across the UK. It causes erosion along waterways and can outcompete many of our native species. For Clytha Estate (postcode: P7 9BW) - the dates are: Thursday 12 June, Saturday 21 June, Thursday 3 July.

For Lanlay Meadows (postcode:CF5 6LF) the dates are: Tuesday 17 June, Saturday 28 June, Tuesday 1 July.

Pre-booking your free spot is advised but not necessary. There are no parking charges.
