Nestled between the Carneddau and Glyderau mountain ranges, in the stunning Nant Ffrancon valley is Gweithdy Pentre workshop.

The workshop is situated along Lon Las Ogwen cycle route (the old Roman road which runs parallel to the A5 trunk road), between Ogwen Cottage (the main starting point for hiking to Cwm Idwal National Nature Reserve) and the town of Bethesda.

The workshop consists of two buildings, heated by a newly installed air source heat pump, and has an enclosed yard with ample parking. The space includes a basic kitchen and toilets and will have a wireless fibre internet connection. It has the potential to be used as a workshop, office, or storage space and we are also open to discussions about other potential uses.

It’s in a scenic location yet only a short cycle or drive from nearby Bethesda. This commercial let offers a unique and exciting base within Eryri National Park for a business venture.
