October half term at Erddig
Join us for an adventure this autumn half term as we venture into the world of Noble Beasts.
- Booking not needed
- Free event (admission applies)
From 25 October- 2 November, explore a world of mighty animals, symbols and family tribes. Follow the half term trail, inspired by Erddig Hall’s Tribes Room and its grand collection of coats of arms. Discover brave beasts and magical creatures hidden in the historic shields and enjoy the stunning autumn colour in the Grade-I listed garden as you go. On 28 and 30 October, get creative by designing your own coat of arms in our Education Room from 11am-3pm – what animal will you choose for yours? Don’t forget to go wild in Wolf’s Den natural play area during your visit. Feel free as you soar on the rope swing, balance across beams, build a den and enjoy hours of fun. Free event, but normal admission charges apply. Free entry for National Trust members and under 5s.
