Join us on 28 February and 1 March for a weekend –long St David’s Day celebration of Welsh culture.

  • Booking not needed
  • Free event (admission applies)

Join us at Erddig on 28 February and 1 March from 10am-4pm for a lively celebration of Welsh culture featuring live music, children’s crafts (11am-3pm), bilingual storytelling (11am-1pm) and tours with a Welsh twist, in a spectacular setting.

Learn some Cymraeg (Welsh), uncover fascinating Welsh stories in the house, tuck into some delicious Welsh food and listen to the magical sounds of our nation with harpist Hero Douglas on the Saturday (11.30am-2.30pm) and Lleisiau Clywedog (2.30pm Sunday) and the Denbigh Male Voice Choir (11.30am-2.15pm) on the Sunday.

Activities are free to enjoy. Normal admission charges apply to visit on Saturday, 28 February (members and under 5s enter for free). To enable more people to access our places and enjoy this special day, all our pay‑to‑enter sites in Wales, including Erddig, will be free to visit on 1 March.
