Step into the past with this year’s archaeology exhibition for the Festival of Archaeology, where exciting discoveries from past digs at Llanerchaeron take centre stage. Alongside well-loved highlights, you’ll have the chance to see intriguing finds that have never been displayed before. There’s plenty for younger explorers too, with hands-on activities designed to inspire the next generation of archaeologists.

A visit to Llanerchaeron includes the Georgian Villa, designed by architect John Nash, with its adjoining service courtyard. Within the garden there’s the pleasure grounds, lake and productive walled garden. Historic farm buildings, the Geler Jones Collection and animals to meet on the farmyard. Play spaces for families in the Stables, on the farmyard and the grass maze in the garden. Conti’s Café and the second-hand bookshop near the car park alongside the woodland and riverside walks. Llanerchaeron is four miles from Aberaeron in Ceredigion, West Wales.
