What to bring and wear

Dim angen dillad arbennig - gwisgwch addas am y tywydd ac esgidiau addas | No special clothing required; dress appropriately for the weather. Sturdy, comfy shoes are advised.

Accessibility

This walk is not suitable for wheelchairs or pushchairs. Participants should be able to walk continuously for at least and hour including some uphill sections, there are steep steps in parts and the path undulates up and down throughout the walk. The route includes kissing gates, steps and narrow paths but no stiles to climb.

Other

The walk is approximately 2 miles, lasting an hour and a half. Terrain is uneven, very steep steps, undulating coastal path - Some sections of the coastal path are narrow with sloping drops. Ground may be muddy or slippery in places. This walk is challenging in places with very steep steps in places but we take it slowly. There are no toilets along the route, but available at start and end. Well-behaved dogs are welcome but must be kept on a short lead.
