Guided Walk on the Southwood Estate

Celebrate Spring and join volunteer walk leader Alison for a free guided walk around the Southwood Estate.

Join us on Thursday 21 May for a walk through Southwood and on the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path, it'll last between 2-3 hours and is about three miles long with a "moderate" difficulty rating.

On your walk you'll see all of the highlights of nature in May and find out more about our work at the Southwood Estate.

This is a free event and there's no need to book.

Suitability

This event is only suitable for 16+.

Meeting point

We'll meet at the Southwood Farm car park.

What to bring and wear

This walk will take place regardless of weather. Please dress suitably for the weather and wear sturdy walking shoes as paths can be muddy.

Accessibility

The route on this walk is not suitable for wheelchairs, buggies or mobility aids.

Other

Only in the event of an amber or red weather warning will this walk be called off. Please bring your own snacks and drinking water. This is a dog friendly walk but they will need to be on leads for the entire walk because of the Welsh black Cattle and ponies on route. There are no facilities at Southwood, the nearest toilet is at Newgale.
