This nature inspired experience is designed to take you on a journey of relaxation, through a variety of sounds and instruments including gongs, crystal bowls, drums, and chimes as we rest deeply under the trees.

Bring your mat, a cushion and blankets, and wear your cosiest clothes for ultimate comfort.

Guidance: These sessions are not suitable for those in their first 12 weeks of pregnancy, those with sound induced epilepsy, have a pacemaker fitted, or a severe heart condition. If you are unsure whether this session is suitable for you, please consult your GP for advice before booking.
