Join us at Avebury for a fun summer of play. Families can take part in a lots of free activities to keep them entertained all summer long.

This summer at Avebury, there will be lots of free activities for families to get involved in. Pick up your free summer map at visitor reception to learn more and discover a wide range of different playful experiences awaiting you! Create a story in the Avebury Puppet Theatre, get crafty on the barn craft table, relax in the Church Garden on deck chairs and picnic blankets, or challenge a friend to a traditional lawn game. You can also have a go at free trails across the site and museum. More details to come, keep checking the website for further information!

Summer Solstice: Camping Permit
This year, if you’re planning to camp at Avebury on the 20 June, you must have a pre-booked tent permit. Camping is for one night only, from 10am on Friday 20 June until 2pm on Saturday 21 June.
